A NOTE ABOUT SIZING

All of our dresses are sized according to Fruggale’s size Chart; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the one you would wear in a dress from our site. We recommend looking at the sizing guide to make sure you are choosing the better fit for your measurements, or you can choose to customize.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order can be cancelled at no charge during the first 48 hours after you place the order. After this, a 25% restocking fee will applied and deducted from your payment, without exception.

Custom Order Items 

Custom Orders are unable to be cancelled after the 48 hours, as these items are cut specifically for you.

For all Order with less than 48 hours, Standard sizes item with more than 48 hours or Standard  sizes items  to be returned.

WHICH ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

  • Final sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Custom order. All custom dresses are final sale, they are not eligible for return
  • Items with any tags removed or in any condition mentioned above.
  • Standard Items with more than 15 days of been delivery.
  • Veils

WHICH ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Standard size wedding dresses that follow the criteria for returning, can be returned during the 15 days after delivered.

CRITERIAS TO BE ELEGIBLE TO RETURN

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be follow all the criteria  of unused and be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Unaltered
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged clean
  • No hair or lint.
  • Original packaging with
  • All tags attached. Once a tag has been removed, item cannot be returned.
  • All custom dresses are final sale, they are not eligible for return. 
 

RETURNING CONDITIONS

  • No refund will be issue until dress is delivery back, and checked condition.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Just eligible items under returning criteria above will be considered for refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email  notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?

Any return item should be shipped to the return center up to 15 days after delivery, and must meet all criteria to return. You will receive and email confirming the dress have been received and inspected and refund will be done within 10 days. If we found the dress do not comply with the criteria to return, we will deduct up to 50% from the total amount.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will inspect and process your return within 10 days after receiving it at the returning center. A confirmation email will be send once your return has been processed. A credit card refund can take several days to process depending on your credit card issuer and the merchant, and generally can ranges between 5 to 14 business days. 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
